AWB-UK RESUMES AIR CARGO HUMANITARIAN SHIPMENTS

Lifewater purification kits are made of high tech candles which are cleaning and disinfecting water. They are assembled on site with local plastic bins. Since 2013, AWB-UK has shipped these kits to Ghana, Rwanda, Tanzania, Kenya and Uganda.
AWB-UK has shipped about a ton of water kits over the past two months to Uganda for the two largest refugee camps of the country. ‘’Over the years, we have been shipping over 8 tons of kits, and that has prevented many thousands of young children dying from contaminated water. However, the rise of shipping costs threatens the life of this project ’’ says Stan STEWART, Chairman of AWB-UK.
